Our Reformer Foundations and Reformer + Tower classes welcome every level, with modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced students. For your first session, please arrive 10 minutes early so you can meet your instructor and get familiar with the equipment.

Classes are 50 minutes, unless otherwise indicated on the schedule.

Please book classes in advance on our website, using the Momence app, or by contacting the studio directly. Space is limited and walk-in spots are not guaranteed.

For group classes, you may cancel up to 12 hours before the start of class without penalty. Cancellations that occur within 12 hours and 1 hour of the start of class will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee of $15. If you do not cancel your class at least an hour before class starts, that class credit will be effectively forfeited. Those on unlimited monthly memberships will be charged the drop-in rate as a no-show fee.
For private sessions, please provide at least 24 hours notice before the start of your appointment. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the start of a private appointment will be fully charged for the session. -
Participants who arrive more than 5 minutes after the start of class will not be allowed into the studio.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup.

You’ll be automatically moved into the class when a spot opens and you’ll be notified by email, in the Momence app, and by text message if you sign up for text alerts in your Momence account. Since you’re automatically placed into the class from the waitlist if a spot becomes available, please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer intend to take the class.

Memberships are monthly, auto-renewing plans, and you have the option of choosing between 8 classes per month or Unlimited. Memberships offer the best value, help keep you accountable, and support you in reaching your goals.
Class Packs are prepaid bundles of classes to be redeemed within a period of time from the first time you take a class using that pack. We offer an introductory 2-class pack that expires 3 months after your first class, 5-class packs that expire 3 months after the first class you take, and 10-class packs that expire 6 months after the first class you take. These are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

You may pause your membership once per year for up to 90 days. To request a pause, email info@humanitypilates.com before your billing date. Requests made after the billing date will begin the following month. No refunds or transfers.

Water, grippy socks, and yourself! Grippy socks are required for all classes. Please wear comfortable, form‑fitting clothing so nothing gets caught in the equipment.

Grippy socks are required for safety and hygiene. They help you maintain a secure hold on the equipment and allow us to keep the studio and gear clean for everyone.

We love kids, but for everyone’s safety we cannot have kids in the waiting area while a caregiver is in class.

At the end of each class, please wipe down your reformer or mat with the provided cleaning materials. Our staff also cleans all equipment daily.

Of course — as long as your doctor has cleared you for physical activity, you’re welcome to join any class. Please speak with the instructor before class so they can give you the appropriate modifications.

Yes! We offer private individual sessions and private duets. They are a fantastic way to become more confident with your Pilates practice and the only way to try out the Wunda Chairs and Cadillac in our studio.
